By visiting KahoNa.in or purchasing a shareable 3D surprise link (₹99 One-Time fee), you enter into a binding agreement with Sharp Minds Technologies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.

2. Digital Service Description

KahoNa.in is an online Software as a Service (SaaS) web application designed to allow users to build, preview, and share personalized 3D proposal websites, interactive birthday cards, and romantic memory pages.

3. User Conduct & Acceptable Content

You are solely responsible for the text, messages, photos, and media uploaded to your personalized links. You agree NOT to upload or distribute:

• Hate speech, harassing, abusive, or defamatory messages.
• Explicit, pornographic, or non-consensual media.
• Content violating copyright or intellectual property rights.

Sharp Minds Technologies reserves the right to immediately terminate or disable links violating these guidelines without refund.

4. Pricing & Payments

Customizing and previewing 3D templates on KahoNa.in is 100% free. Unlocking the final shareable web link for WhatsApp/Instagram requires a single 1-time payment of ₹99 (inclusive of taxes). All payments are securely processed via Razorpay/PhonePe payment gateways.

5. Intellectual Property

All 3D models, code, user interface designs, animations, and branding associated with KahoNa.in belong exclusively to Sharp Minds Technologies. Users own the personal photos and custom text they upload.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sharp Minds Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from server downtime, third-party internet network outages, or unauthorized link sharing by third parties.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
