• Sender & Partner Names: Provided by you to personalize cards.
• Custom Love Notes & Messages: Text written for your proposal, birthday, or anniversary page.
• Uploaded Photos & Images: Images uploaded to customize polaroids or puzzle cards.
• Payment Contact Info: Mobile number or Email ID collected securely during checkout via Razorpay/UPI gateway to issue receipts and link recovery.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for the following functional purposes:

• Generating and rendering your custom 3D web page (`https://kahona.in/s/...`).
• Sending purchase confirmations and link access via WhatsApp or SMS.
• Providing customer support and link recovery through our support team.
• Preventing fraudulent transactions and ensuring payment security.

3. Payment Security & Encryption

All financial payments (₹99 One-Time) are processed through 256-bit SSL encrypted PCI-DSS compliant Payment Gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe). Sharp Minds Technologies does not store your Credit/Debit Card numbers, Banking Passwords, or UPI PINs on our servers.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with trusted infrastructure providers essential to operate the service:

• Payment Processors: Razorpay / Cashfree / PhonePe to verify UPI transactions.
• Cloud Hosting & CDN: Secure cloud servers hosting static 3D web media.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to remember your generated surprise links on your local smartphone or browser. This enables you to access your paid links anytime under "My Created Surprises" without needing a password.
